Yup, I’m still here, but I’ve been writing in shorter format over on Mastodon, have jumped on the Pixelfed bandwagon, and have been spending my free time getting my newly separated work and home desk areas set up nicely (photos to follow once it’s finished!).
So here’s a little something while I’m here: you don’t need to go full “The Toyota Way” to take this simple but important advice.
Picard management tip: Don’t assume anything is possible or impossible until you’ve asked the people who will be doing the work.
